Child Injury Law – Georgia 2013 Return To Play Act

I just posted a new entry over on my blog (kidinjurylaw.com) on child sport injuries. One of the most common is “second impact syndrome” which can lead to post-concussive syndrome or chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE) or even death.

It’s an important topic and one I tried to cover in depth in my blog post – Child Sports Injuries In Georgia – Second Impact Syndrome.

If you want to go even more in depth, read my post from earlier in 2013 on the challenges created by the legal doctrine of sovereign immunity for parents who are hoping for justice when their child gets hurt at a government school. The post – Public School Injury Law In Georgia.
